With special thanks to the doctors and nurses who treated Jackie with the utmost care, kindness and respect during his last days. Also thanks to Rev. Martin Abrams who gave a beautiful service and was a great help during this time. With thanks also to Howard's Funeral Directors who did everything to accommodate the family's wishes.
